(Note: The first edition was published in 1993 and reprinted in 1995. It
would be fine for CRC preparation, but for your general reference use, it
would be better to get the second edition, which is due out in August,
2001). This is the textbook used in MSU's Medical and Psychological
Aspects of Disability course.

Important Dates and Information to be Aware of Concerning the CRC Exam.
A. Upcoming Exam Dates: October 27, 2001 & April 27, 2002 & October 26,
2002. Exam dates are usually scheduled on the last Saturday of 'April' and
'October' and only offered twice a year.
(1) October 27, 2001 - MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE "APPLICATION FORM"
AND POSTMARKED BY JUNE 15, 2001. Need to request an application or
download the one available online (see below for contact information).
(2) April 27, 2002 - MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE "APPLICATION FORM" AND
POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 15, 2001
